Correct Use of Verbs: Has/Have

Petu with a drum Petu and King with a drum
Petu has a drum Petu and King have drums


Note the following

In the first picture the noun (Petu) is in the singular.
There is only one person.
So we use the verb 'has'.

In the second picture the nouns (Petu and King) are in the plural.
There are two (more than one) persons.
So we use the verb 'have'.
